Welcome to my mind.
Is navigating challenges a superpower? If so, I’m basically a hero. One challenge I often face is using few words. I tend to use many many words to say many many things. To make things easier, I’ll include a short tl;dr section at the end of each post where either I or ChatGPT will sum up the main ideas in a sentence or two. Fair warning though, if you skip straight to the tl;dr, you’ll miss out on all the fun, antics, and rambling adventures along the way. So get cozy, settle in, and enjoy the ride!

Coffee shops with outdoor seating are some of my favorite places.
Me as a Therapist
As a therapist, I work with my clients to build resilience, autonomy, and the skills they need to live the life they want. I utilize modalities like narrative therapy, brain-spotting, and CBT to help clients explore their lives and process their emotions and experiences. I am a post modern, eclectic therapist and tailor my approach to the needs of each client.
Me as a Bridal Educator
As a "kallah teacher" I believe in the beauty of Torah and Mitzvos and I believe that taharas hamishpacha can be challenging. My goal is that each bride I teach stands under their chuppah empowered to keep these halachos, and create a strong relationship- emotionally and physically with their spouse. I believe that knowledge can be power and teach more than just taharas hamishpacha, incorporating anatomy, biology, communication skills, and the foundations of marital intimacy.
Me as a Presenter
As a presenter, I am knowledgable in an array of areas. Some of the academic topics I present on include mental health topics like suicide prevention, weight stigma, body image, burnout, antisemitism, and more.
Me as a Person
It’s pretty clear I’m passionate about the things I mentioned above. I didn't learn how to read until I was in 3rd grade, and I haven't stopped reading since then, mostly fiction. I love nature, especially rainy fall days when everything feels cozy. I drink two coffees daily. One hot, one iced- sometimes more with no shame. Oh, and my biggest red flag? I don’t have strong feelings about music. It’s fine, but honestly, I could take it or leave it.
Leave a comment below with your biggest red flag and let me know your thoughts on mine!
