Depression affects how you feel, think, and function, impacting your mood, energy, relationships, and motivation. It’s more than just feeling sad or going through a rough patch, it can feel like carrying a weight you can’t put down or going through the motions without joy.
Depression isn’t a personal failure it’s a real, common condition that many people live with silently. You don’t have to be “fine” or “grateful” to avoid struggling. It’s okay to feel stuck or overwhelmed, and seeking help doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
My goal as a therapist is to help you:
✔️ Understand your depression- what’s going on with your emotions and brain
✔️ Identify and challenge negative beliefs that keep you stuck
✔️ Find ways to feel better and more in control of your life
Depression shows up in different ways for different people. You might feel persistently low, tired, disconnected, or even irritable. But no matter how it looks, it’s real, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
Let’s work together to understand what’s going on and find strategies that help you feel like yourself again.
