Where do I even start?You have already begun your journey towards healing. By being here and researching therapists, you have done the first step. The second step is to schedule a consultation call with a few therapists, to see which one you vibe with. After the call, you can schedule an intake appointment!

What sort of questions should I ask in a consultation call?You can ask anything you would like! If the therapist is uncomfortable answering your question, they wont- we are big on boundaries 😉 Some common questions might be about the modalities they use, their fee, or how they structure sessions. ChatGPT suggested these (and they are some great examples!) 1. What is your experience working with [your specific concern, e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, grief]? 2. Do you offer sliding scale pricing? 3. What is your availability for appointments? 4. What is your cancelation policy? 5. What happens if I feel like therapy isn't working?

What is your fee?Currently, I charge $160 for 50 minute virtual sessions. (If that feels unmanageable for you, ask me about my sliding scale.)
